As Operations Manager & Executive Assistant, Megan works closely with Rose to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Team, strengthen internal systems and processes and ensure both our agents and clients receive a consistently high level of support. Her ability to anticipate what needs to happen next, stay ahead of moving pieces and ensure nothing falls through the cracks makes her an integral part of keeping the Team running efficiently.
Known for her persistence and solution-focused mindset, Megan approaches challenges with determination and isn't afraid to dig in until she finds an answer. She believes strongly in accountability, clear communication and continuously looking for ways to make systems and experiences better.
