In 2006, he relocated from Canada to the United States to pursue a career in real estate, where he gained top-tier training, hands-on experience, and a deep appreciation for helping clients make meaningful, life-shaping decisions. That passion — and his desire to serve the community he grew up in — ultimately brought him back home to Calgary.

Before stepping into real estate, Chad spent nearly 25 years in the construction industry as the owner and operator of Nu Look Creations Inc., specializing in residential and commercial builds and renovations across Calgary. This background gives his clients a powerful advantage: real, practical insight into construction quality, structural integrity, and long-term value — the kind of expertise buyers and sellers often wish they had.

When joining a brokerage, Chad sought an environment rooted in strong values, excellent service, modern systems, and a client-first mindset.
